Key Responsibilities:
Guarantee the reception and orientation of requests, complaints, claims, suggestions (PQRS) from beneficiaries according to the public service script.
Manage the application and/or instrument for requests, complaints, claims, suggestions from beneficiaries according to the Accountability guidelines and organizational standards.
Carry out other actions that are required to support the development of World Vision Venezuela operations.
Education
Undergraduate in social, human or economic sciences
Specialized studies (courses, diplomas) in human rights, children's rights, public relations, communications.
Knowledge and skills
Knowledge and management of participation of children, adolescents and youth, social movements and interest groups, campaigns, volunteering, national socio-political context and other trends related to the legislative/political framework of the agenda for children and youth at the national and regional levels. and global.
Capacity for interaction and representativeness of the organization in external spaces
High capacity in the management of social networks, virtual platforms and their management in social mobilization
High ability to relate and interact with children, adolescents and young people.
