Job Description:
As a Social Media Strategist at Nölck Red, you will play a pivotal role in creating engaging content and maintaining our clients' brand integrity. Your responsibilities will include crafting detailed script briefs, collaborating with content creators, ensuring the quality of the content produced, and keeping up with the latest trends in the industry. Additionally, you will be involved in various communication tasks with both the creative team and clients.

General Responsibilities:
Devise script briefs aligned with current TikTok and Instagram trends
Research and liaise with suitable content creators matching brand requirements
Ensure the quality of Video Ad variations and provide constructive feedback
Stay updated with ongoing TikTok and Reels trends
Assist with additional tasks as directed by the Product Manager
Position Specs:
Full-time commitment during office hours
Contractor status upon signing the non-disclosure agreement
Exclusive commitment to Nölck Red
30-day notice period after the first month
Regular performance reviews every 9-12 months
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in creating engaging content across various niches
In-depth knowledge of TikTok and Instagram Reels trends
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to conceptualize creative ideas based on trends and client requirements
Proficient in time management and meeting deadlines
Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities
Familiarity with remote work and autonomous management
