The services to be provided by the contractor must include:

Supervising various construction projects being executed by the company.

Conducting routine inspections of equipment, materials, and the site.

Supporting the work plan of the project managers.

Managing work teams and ensuring compliance with health and safety codes at the workplace.

Ensuring that construction work on projects is completed as scheduled.

Within the services offered by the contractor, it must include the development of contracts, acting as a liaison with subcontractors and suppliers, and performing other administrative tasks in the company, such as drafting reports, budgets, project plans, and presenting them to the contracting company.

REQUIREMENTS:
