Your Responsibilities will include:
• Engaging in comprehensive discussions with each customer to understand their specific banking requirements, such as Home Loans, Business Banking, and Financial Advice.
• Providing seamless assistance to customers regarding account inquiries, managing account maintenance, and processing credit product applications.
• Conducting Financial Health Checks to evaluate customers' financial objectives and identify opportunities for enhancement.
• Educating and demonstrating the use of our advanced in-branch technology and digital banking options to customers, empowering them to make informed choices.
• Resolving issues efficiently by implementing effective solutions and upholding our stringent processes and risk-averse culture.
We are looking for individuals who possess:
• Demonstrated excellence in Customer Service, preferably in Financial Services, Retail, or Hospitality sectors.
• Outstanding communication skills and the ability to explain financial terms clearly and concisely.
