The Role

We are currently looking for dynamic Business Development Representatives to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for sales and a background in interfacing with clients in either a B2B or B2C environment. Our Business Development Representatives will be responsible for generating new business, nurturing and expanding existing accounts, and meeting predefined sales targets. Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Conducting research to pinpoint potential clients and initiate contact

• Generating new business opportunities by devising and implementing strategic outreach plans

• Cultivating and maintaining relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and continued patronage

• Collaborating with different departments to ensure the delivery of excellent service to clients

• Managing contracts and leading the negotiation process

• Providing the team with feedback on market trends and client needs

• Maintaining the client database and preparing reports on sales activities

• Closing deals and conducting after-sales services to ensure optimal client retention

Ideal Profile

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or sales

• C1 / C2 level of proficiency in English to communicate with various stakeholders across the region

• Capability to work autonomously as well as part of a team

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Excellent presentation and client management skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software

• Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of achieving targets
