Responsibilities:

As our Sales Director, you will be responsible for:

Developing and executing strategic sales plans to meet and exceed targets.

Managing and leading a remote Sales team of 5 Account Managers.

Setting sales goals, tracking metrics, and providing regular performance reports.

Enhancing existing sales processes and implementing new initiatives.

Nurturing strong client relationships and identifying new sales channels.

Staying updated on industry trends and landscapes.

Representing Conectium at industry conferences and events.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should possess:

5+ years of experience in B2B sales with a proven track record of surpassing targets.

Demonstrable experience as a sales leader with a customer-centric approach.

Strong business acumen and an extensive network of small business contacts.

Proficiency in remote work, coupled with excellent communication skills.

Native-level proficiency in English (C1-C2).

Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
